Important Message Just like during the Ride, we want to make safety our first priority during Training rides. Please keep in mind that any rider 16 and under should be accompanied by an adult while riding. This adult cannot be the Training ride leader. Anyone riding should also remember to have a helmet, water, a spare tube and identification. Our Training ride leaders reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who does not follow the above safety precautions.

WEEKDAY TRAINING RIDES Wednesday May, 28th Meet at YMCA parking lot at 5:30 YMCA of Ithaca and Tompkins County Graham Road West Ithaca, NY 14850

SATURDAY TRAINING RIDES Every Saturday at 9am, meet at the Professional Building which is on Route 96, just beyond the Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca. The rides are not mandatory, not held if it's raining and entirely voluntary.
